This is the spec I have settled on for general purpose gameplay including PvP.
I used to be divine oracle, but I have found that anointed champion works much better now.

This is a DPS+TANK hybrid spec. It can do great dps and ok healing, but also has excellent survival too.

The important key to this spec is to use the anointed armor and divine fortune class features.
It uses encounter powers exaltation for defense and divine glow for debuf/aoe damage/healing. The 3rd power is flexible.

Use Punishing Light for single target damage, in conjunction with armor glyphs. So fully charged black ice gear or draconic armor. You want to have an epic or better artifact weapon too since its higher damage affects the Fire of the Gods. Finally, I have the belt of wisdom for more dps, but the con belt would work too, and the AC cloak (Lathanders) is a huge benefit.

Gear should be optimized for hitpoints first and then dps stats (armor pen, crit strike, power). So vorpal, savages or whatnot. A little extra deflection doesn't hurt either.

Also slotted are Blessing of Battle and lance of faith.
The basic rotation: exaltation, then blessing of battle and then lance of faith until you get 3 pips, then divine glow and finally punishing light channeled. Remember you can move while using punishing light! Note your divine glow's healing procs a defensive bonus and a heal, so use it even if you dont have a target!

The basic theory behind the boons is hitpoints first, then dps bonuses. Abilities are WIS and CON.

Give it a whirl and then post in this thread how it worked out for you:p
