Fix SW so we can PVP again.

Fast activation powers !!! (Faster than CW)

    Fast activation powers? faster than CW? lol. Every time i want to cast harrowstorm (the only power that prones) all of the other classes stop me, specially CW, now even more that their signature "entangling force" has a 40% faster cast activation.
    And he doesnt have CC immunity, if u've had problems with a SW its because their tenacity. but SW is the first class that dies in pvp. (everyone goes against him)

    Hey I get the point of each thread after they made the one about DC's, but leave warlocks alone, poor guys don't hurt anyone and no one bothers with them.

    They are the strongest class in PVP

    They can 1-encounter people (Yes, 1-encounter!! not 1-rotation) with Warlock's bargain.
