Dropped the arctifact from a lockbox but seems it was bind on pick-up instead of bind on equip, is supposed to work this way? if not, is possible to have it un bound, at least I would like to decide if keep it or sell it.
Also, when used, thegraphical power of the artifact is barely visible, sometimes onluy the cooldown is the only way to check if the aertifact was used or not, can it be mady a little more flashy?
