Let's keep the dexterity deflection stat to GF. GWF get too much deflection anyway, already while GF cannot get more than 30%.
gwf can get maximum of 40% (50% on sentinel paragon with weapon master)
GF can get around 30%
HR can get around 55% without buff (+10 with buffs)
TR can get around 45%

Apparently not the GWF. If you are trying to imply, that HR/TR have too high of a deflection rate, then i have to dimiss this claim, since both classes are dual wielding blades. (ever heard of a parrying blade?)
