Why in heavens is this BOP? I've done it over 100x and had no luck... Is there ANY chance this will ever be BOE and not BOP?

    It is the only artifact out of the four module 5 artifact sets that is BoP , the other three are all BoE so I guess there could be a tiny chance it will be changed , try asking in the artifact gear thread on the preview part of the forum , I asked once but got no reply though.

    Not even gonna bother with these poverty sets.

    - Artifact Cloak (Maybe) if not, Personalized necklace.

    - 2X Personalized Rings

    - Artifact off Hand


    And call it a day.

    Really wish it was Account Bound. Found on my HR but she doesn't even need or have room for it.

    Hear, hear. My HR has two in the bank that I saved in the vain hope I could pass them to alts someday.

    Unlikely tbh. If on the small chance they do, it likely wouldn't be retroactive.

    Most artifact can still be used to refine other artifact, and doubling RP in process.
    E.G. you upgrade artifact of power to lvl 59, which will cost you around 300k PR +some marks, then you use this artifact to refine another artifact of power and you will get ~600k RP.

    In 2xRP weekend it was 150k -> 1.2m RP. Hope they do it again some day.

    Ehrm, we want it to drop in the first place. And if it do we wont use it to refine lol
