Too many login attempts...

I had this problem the first time about a year ago, then again two weeks ago, and it's currently happening again.
On my FIRST login attempt, it's saying I've tried too many times.
Before you say it, I know I'm not being hacked. My boyfriend and I tested it last night and I was able to log on from his phone's wifi (i.e. a different IP). This means that someone had to attempt the multiple logins from his apartment. Well while I was gone yesterday for 2 hours the only person here was one of his roommates who is barely even aware of the fact that I play Neverwinter. He knows known of the information I use to login so there's no way he's the reason for this.
I sent in a support ticket but all they've done is send canned messages that didn't even acknowledge that this was a problem.
I don't like the fact that I can just be locked out of the game at any random time. After doing some searching I've seen that others have had the problem in the past and since I know I'm not being hacked, I have a feeling they weren't either. This needs to be fixed.
