Focused Wizardry and Wizard's Wrath feat bug

Hello. First of all I wanted to say that it has happened a few times to different players I know. I recently bought a retraining token to choose master of flame paragon path for the upcoming changes in mod5. I maxes both Focused Wizardry and Wizard's Wrath to get 3% bonus to aoe and 30% to single target encounters and - 10% to aoe in the same feat. Both these feats are not calculated, applied into damage numbers when you look at the encounter description in your power tray and so arent they working when testing hits on dummies. It has happened to me long time ago when i was speccing from Thaumatarge tree into Regenade and I had to respec like 3 times to make it work properly as it should..
Yet it is very annoying and expensive to throw money left and right just because the game doesnt save the changes one have made to the feats? As from what I saw in my damage numbers, my all single-target encounters have their damage lowered by 30%, and aoe by roughly 10% as well. I would like not to be forced to try respec my feats again and hope this time it works having no guarantee at all. Is there any way to fix this without making a lucky respecc again and spending no additional AD? Perhaps anyone here has had the same problem before?
