To the ts, CW's are constantly crying to get buffs. Maybe that is what caused these issues.

probably did an encounter to them only to see in his screen "0" ,"dodged" or most usual nothing at all.

Right, a cloth wearing squishy facetanking melee encounters/dailies is something "Completely normal".

Most high lvl robes for Wiards can be quite tanky also in the D&D PC games i played. Like high armor class or damage soak option.
There was a robe in icewind dale that even gave 18/00 strength on top of it *how unrealitstic* well... its magically enchanted you know
Im seeing 7k ppl(in this case a cw) with 0 tenacity 700 def no weap or armor enchant, mitigating up to 80% dmg, especially if its a big daily crit. Eating their mitigation 3 times with armor pen. No GF in team, below 10k t1 and blue geared pug team(no pvp boons for sure). Not an isolated "accident", just the best documented.
Not sure if tenacity dmg resistance can be eaten by amor pen but even with that base 10% and even if he had shield on he doesnt get even near 80%. As i said, i saw UP to 80% dmg resistance, so its not constant and on occasions that resulted in almost equal crits with icy rays and ice knife which feels like pure bs.
So what are the rules governing this rolls? I dont see the logic.

no 7k can fight or come close to win or do much dmg to a 20k which is why 18k plus should be in a league of there own, low gs to 11gs in there own and the rest left in the middle (12 to 17k). Pvp is so unbalanced these days its becoming not fun you just level a 60 and even if you have enchants and all pvp gear without it all being right up there you stand nil chance against a 20k. This is a question for a cryptic employee why is there NO balance in pvp, please don't say tactics can win they can't against 20k gs if you have a much lower gs you'll get slaughtered. Ive been on both sides it s no fun on either. When will you change this to make it fair/fun again? your current system if any does not work not one tiny bit.
And perma has to be gone from pvp its unfair and ruins games.

Lol, I'm not sure how active you are on the forums... But if you were then you'd realize that pointsman is a guy that hates PvP with every last bit of heart inside of him, that's why everyone thought his post was funny. I was in a match with a guildmate of mine and the first thing our team did was swarm middle node.
We cleaned up the other team in seconds, but there was a 15k CW on the middle node that took ZERO damage for over a minute of the match with our whole team beating on him.
No dodges or deflect were used. People on both teams said they were going to report the CW and he ended up disconnecting once he knew the jig was up.
So yes , there is apparently a new exploit out there, or it could be an old one. IDK if this has anything to do with what you saw as I wasn't in your match though.

At 3k GS a CW can not be beaten in 1:1. So at 15k GS ... factor 5! ...he or she can mutilate a whole team. I geared my GWF to 21k but when there is a CW with GS 10k+ i quit. Some say my clas is good in chasing CW glass cannons and wrecking them in seconds... but that must be wrong. Frosty Ray and Magic Chissel are melting me down instant. In PvE there is no problem. Here the CW is not the no-brainer class as in PVP. In PvE a CW works as a controler and DPS-classes like SW, HR, TR and GWF are bringing the damage to the team. Yeah, I think PvP is not broken because of glyphs, potions and the matchmaking.. the low-GS CW is the source of all evil.
I never (really) played a CW but I think I will change class... for PvP.
