Found the following so far...
"Necklace of Reclamation +2" and "Ring of Reclamation +2" rare tasks produce Necklaces and Rings of "Reformation." Likely task names are named incorrectly.
Necklace of Reformation +2 & Divine Necklace of Reformation +2 have identical stats.
Belt of Revitalization +6 and Divine Belt of Revitalization +6 have identical stats.
"Defender's" Ring, Belt, Necklace are already available at the Jewelry Merchant in Seven Suns Market for GFs. Not really a bug per se, but thought I'd point it out in case naming conflicts needed to be avoided.
