Repel has no CD

If you dodge right after casting Repel, the target will get pushed but it won't go on cooldown, so you could push multiple times in a row.

This bug has existed for a long time, please fix it ASAP.

    They said they "Fixed" it along with the repel being deflected lmao.

    Neither of these two were fixed.

    Are the devs lairs? perhaps..
