Bug: Getting bounced at Tiamat door

I'm not sure if this is posted elsewhere, or is a known issue, but every time I try to zone into the Tiamat fight I get bounced on my first attempt. It doesn't matter if I wait a couple of minutes or zone in right away, it never lets me in until my second attempt. I see this happen a lot to other people as well, but I didn't notice it happening to Akro's character during the livestream.

Can confirm, it will take a seemingly random amount of time before anyone in the party is able to successfully get in. I have gotten in first try before, but that was waiting until there were less than two minutes left.

I've had it bounce:

- Once and got in the next time
- Twice and finally got in third time
- When one of the party members had successfully already gotten in to the temple
- When nobody was on preview and there were maybe 8 people in the temple
- When spilling over into a second instance

There seems to be no pattern to it, other than that I've never gotten in with more than 3 minutes on the timer. It's incredibly annoying to have to ride back from the very start of the zone every time it does this.
