    I well its bugged nothing more nothing less.
    Do it with with a trickster and i will clap my hands :D

    This issue is related to the new content: Shores of Tuern and Lair of Lostmauth, there's something wrong between TT and the foes in these areas, specially those with a large HP pool.

    This power is bugged again, like in module 4 before the patch

    LOL not bugged but a certain set up of dailies, gears and powers. And by the way takes mobs with large HP pools. Based on the few threads on this it was the epic version as well. Scaling takes place with this combo/set up and it is highly dependent on the mobs HP pool.
