Do we have to do all the DQs from dragon well to be able to participate here?

Because I haven't done the quests and whenever I enter tiamats temple I automatically get teleported back to the well of the dragons entrance..
Does it mean I have to do them? if so, theres no chance i can participate

no, you can partecipate without having to do the quests, you get teleported because you are unlucky and you tried to enter during the 5 min reset

No , on preview I don't think you do any dailies first unless it has been changed , the day it was patched onto the preview server I did it without running any dailies first , however I think the event has to be active for you to be able to stay inside the Temple so maybe you keep getting kicked out because the Tiamat encounter isn't active yet?
