Tell, Mail, Party Invite Suggestion

So on Sunday I was spammed by AD sellers, by way of tells, througout the entire day. I could report them but there is an endless supply of them that it would help. So I though of a suggestion

Can we get an option to individually turn receiving tells and email off with boxes to tick to choose the level of how we want to receive/accept them? We can choose all of them or just the ones that we want.

For example

[]Tell - ticked for "on", unticked for "off"

If Ticked (on) then,

[]Everyone
[]Friends only
[]Guild Only
[]Party Only
[]Selective Only - You choose by right clicking on each name which player you which to receive tells from.

The above options would be repeated for in game Mail and party invites as well.
I show player support, by only playing Neverwinter as F2P

I just don't understand if that's so difficult for them to just analyze whether the messages contain the spam elements.
This message (the same one over and over again from endless bots) for the web page offering ingame stuff for real money that, I am sure, everyone is familiar with has been on for MONTHS! and nothing... nothing was done about it.
They have the mature language checking after all - why is it not possible at least to check the presence of such elements (like \/\/, domane names so on) and just ban such accounts immediately?...

Oh, plenty has been done about it. However, do not assume that the people behind these bots are not uncanny. For every filter Cryptic adds, the spammers will find a way to further mangle their message to get through the filter. Furthermore, all reported spam is sent to a queue...but by the time the staff gets to the account, the spammers have moved on to another account. It is very much within the realm of possibility that spammers either leveled up a mass of characters in anticipation of a level cap, or held a large number of hacked accounts in reserve to thwart any attempt at a level limit for chat.

Bottom line is that it's a never ending cat and mouse game. Cryptic is doing what they are able. Players can continue to do their parts by reporting said spam and reducing the demand for their product by refraining from purchasing goods from third party sites.

I can respect the fact that rooting out the spammers is no easy task, but restricting the sending of emails and tells to only people on our friends list/guild would go a huge way toward endearing players toward the devs/game. Some other steps, like limiting how quickly you can send messages to the more public channels, (zone, trade, lfg), would also be a step in the right direction.
