I think there should be a tailor in neverwinter that players can use for free. To change base clothing (un-equip all) or to change the apparence of universal gear for all classes 
unless there is one already then im wasting my breath. if there isnt i think there shoul be one
examples: cropping tops, combining Fashiob outfits Etc.
