Not getting reputation for IWD daily

Two days in a row I have been stuck at 270 reputation w/ Caer Konig. I know for a fact because I've been eagerly counting down the days to finally unlocking R3 Black Ice Shaping.
When I turn in the TT daily Safe Keeping, the other currencies are deposited in my bag, but my reputation in the campaign window is not increasing.
Please help.
