Game dont load after patch of today

does you guyz get this after the patch today,the black screen with cryptic on it and the loading bar that does not move
It doesn't load
My launcher is allright every thing is smooth till I get to this black screen with cryptic on it with the loading bar
Any suggestion

edit:when I have the black screen with cryptic on it I press enter I can hear that I am in the game,but the black screen is still there
this patch today ruin my game

    On the login screen press options and try to run the game in safe mode.

    have try it in safe mode ,but the cryptic black screen is still there
    I can hear that I am at the character choose option but the cryptic black screen dont go away
    I will try to uninstall the game
