Not receiving rough AD for salvaging

This has happened twice in a row for me now, firstly with an item from Dread Ring and now with a purified black ice cloak. Supposed to get 3k rough AD, didn't get anything.

Is anyone else having this problem?

    when you salvage any black ice gear you get raw black ice, not rough ad.

    I just confirmed that is the case on the BI ring (I got another) but that doesn't explain the Dread Ring item (a Thayan Cloak, iirc).

    Has anyone else had issues with that?
