twin-blade storm : any time you hit more than 2 ennemies , deal an additional 4% damage.
i think its not working , i was testing on dummies and i didn't see any increase of powers damage !
any one can confirm it ? so i re-post it in the bug section , thanks .

AFAIK it is working fine - and at rank 3 it's 12% extra damage. I wouldn't trust dummy tests, not sure how reliable they are. Also as I understand it the numbers that appear on the screen aren't an accurate reflection of the damage your powers are dealing. But with TBS against mob packs with Split Shot charged halfway I am seeing some big numbers.

how can you be sure ? numbers already change because of min-max weapon damage .
what i wanted to see is the 12% buff on the encounter damage , like it did with aspect of the serpent !

Because I see myself doing less damage overall if I don't have TBS slotted? I could test it after work today when I get home to be sure though but it shouldn't be too hard to discern.

Im pretty sure it works, i can feel the dmg difference whne not slotted. Also it wont show on the tooltip dmg coz it has a condition, it has to hit multiple targets and tooltip wont discern that.

Yeah tooltips are notoriously misleading in NW.
