cannot play again due to white screen

Hello,

I played neverwinter up to a few months ago and would like to play again.

Since then I set up my computer new and re-installed the game.

now my login looks like this:



ingame looks like this:



My graphics card driver is the newest one.



and my settings are optimized for that driver.

Help please

Or is Neverwinter all of a sudden covered completely in snow?

problem solved thanks to nice folks in the community.

I set graphics down to a bare minimum and had the neverwinter world back again \o/

now for turning it back up slowly and see where the problem was.

Happy I dont have to re-install completely!
