Smokebomb not working

Currently Smoke bomb is dazing the caster in PTS. I should hope this isn't the new WAI.

    please list your paragon path and feats...
    it seems that this is happening to scoundrels with daze feats
    same was happening to sabs with damage feats ....

    All AOE encounter got yourself concussive strike..
