First clue to new SW paragon path?

So, on test I was looking over the new artifacts and noticed the ability on this new weapon:

So, a new at-will Essence Defiler. It would be interesting to finally hear something about the new paragon path for SW's.

    Unless I am off the mark, and I honestly doubt it, the new Paragon Path is called Soulbinder (or Soul Binder). It was released in Dragon magazine issue number 427. Still trying to find more info about the path though...
