Ring of Noble Beast and Ring of Preservation should be available to all classes

These 2 sub 50s level rings are having one but powerfull and rare stat:regeneration.

About 407 each.Regen is a rare stat to find in jewelery and for pvp regen is a must.
But these two classes can have a great amount of regen by equipping these 2 cheap pegasus rings.It is not fair.I think these rings must be available to all classes.

If not 407 regen just from a ring is just too much.

For example the similar Seal of the Escort for the GFworks in the same principal:Giving GF a boost to his primary stat.But IMo it gives him only 213 defence.Not 407!!!
Even that defence is easily aquired stat from any gear.While regen......

Many non TR/HR toons upgrade Waters and Bloodcrystal just to get high regen stat.Hundreds of thousand of AD just to get 650 total regen.While Tr and HR get close to 750/800 regen just by doing T1s...It is not fair.

I don't ask for a nerf.Just for the other classes to have access to these rings in pegasus trader.

    For pegaus rings?Hell why not?:)
    I talked about rings and jewelery.Not gear.They are pegasus seal man....<font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> :0 Isn't it?Do you have problem a Gf to use your crappy rings?You can use my seal of the escort if you want no prob :)

    Sounds like a decent idea - I assume that there will be BiS artifact rings sometime in the future but until then this seems a nice little change.

    I agree... both HR & TR can also easily put this nice regen stat to their companions.
    But at least now there is Ring of Shieldings, which can be a nice replacement.

    I think you're a Mod late with this request. Regen is no longer a significant source of durability in this mod. Outside the TR it really doesn't have much use at all. As an HR i'd welcome this change, as it would only make other classes easier to deal with (if they were uninformed enough to actually equip them).

    I just got rid of these rings on both my HRs. Regen is so Mod 3.

    Regen IS so mod3. Nobody really needs regen anymore. Its either one shot, or get one shot. Regen does very little at the moment since everyones damage is so high

    And with the higher DPS lifesteal becomes a much better return on investment than regen.
