Target dummy numbers make no sense (DC)

Right now I am testing numbers on the target dummies with Divine Glow and other spells, and quite frankly, they make no sense at all.
Is combat working at all on Preview, or are we getting random numbers? Diogene0 reported earlier that he was seeing gigantic numbers sometimes, while I am seeing generally small numbers for spells that should do a much more.
I have encountered a lot of disgruntled players in the last few days, and this could explain it!
