Still cant claim my Dominotor's cloak

I think my inventory was full when i tried to claim it (this was a ages ago) but there is still no claim button and the campaign icon is always highlighted.

I saw a fix in the patch notes for to stop this happening but you haven't addressed the users who STILL have this problem
