Server stability

Is anyone else experiencing server instability, freezing up and disconnecting multiple times within a 10 mins?

    Yep. PLaying from Moscow, Russia on a very fast connection and I still get random lag and disconnects. Occasionally I'll get chain disconnects, which is maddening.

    *I get better pings for a lot of games than Europeans do, even though I'm further away from most game servers, simply due to living in a city that's part of the worldwide backbone*
