Armor Specialization Feat - How it works?

Everytime i respec my GF i look stats before picking up Armor Specialization feat (that must increase effectiveness of defence and armor class) - and everytime i see no difference neither to dmg.res (47.4%), nor to defence stat. Does it work at all or just bugged?

    It does work but it has never (and probably will never) actually reflects on the character sheet. If you want to see for yourself if it works, let something hit you and see the % of damage you actually take.
