Account hacked....

Hi there,

today i couldn't log in into my account.... some **** hacker was faster....

i changed pass and logged in. i was robbed from all the worthy items... on my 6 char. and also on my guild nad privte vault.
I was in pt with guy who was still robbing me!!!!!! he put all of my items on AH !!!

if you know him let me know..... i made ticket for that, but rollback is nothing, like private revenge....

BTW. GOOD JOB ARCGAMES.......... your login system is like a NASA one.... better figure out some smarter one... not to be available for everyone...

ps. no, i dont have any malware on my laptop.

    simple, when i changed pass to login, after login i was already in pt with my char. and also my alt was in pt... he was transferring my goods to his account.

    This is questionable at best as you cannot be logged into the same account from separate computers at the same time; any logged-in account is automatically disconnected if someone else tries to log into that same account from another computer.

    In either case, no one here at the forums can help you.
    Submit a ticket and request an account rollback.

    I'm concerned about the similarities of these repeat account hacks and item thefts.

    Is there currently an exploit or loophole that could allow a third party to gain login access to another's account?

    This should probably warrant a closer look into the account security and login access (perhaps from game, gateway or forum/website), instead of simply treating it as individual isolated cases.

    Most of them are probably people who visited gold selling sites and got either keylogged or handed over login details .

    While what you say is true, it would also have no effect on what the original poster said happened.

    To the OP: Unfortunately (as others have said), no one on the forums can help you. You'll have to make a ticket. Also posting the name of the person you think is responsible isn't a good idea. Us other forum posters have no way of knowing if its a legit thing, or if someone just made you angry.

    I wouldn't rule it out after having my account looted a long time ago. Never used gold sellers or had a keylogger.

    @OP check your email, see if theres recent activity of logins elsewhere, change any similar passwords from accounts compromoised and inb4tl

    sure i made ticket, but to explain how it worked...

    i got info that i am logged ( i wasnt playing at all) so i decided to log in to see what happend. i couldn't log in cause system said i am logged from different place. so i changed password on www. after than i could log in into my account. when i entered the game, i was at the pt as i wrote in first post. Thats all of the incredible story...

    This sounds more accurate. Note: When you attempted to login and it canceled because you were "already logged-in from another computer" - it also kicked that other person OUT of the game (both of you were disconnected) - this is a safety measure. I know this because all this stuff happened to me a few years ago (In STO).

    Good that you immediately changed your credentials.

    Unfortunately the only thing you can do now is to submit a support ticket and request an emergency roll-back of your account.

    As several other posters have stated, this is not something that forum staff will be able to assist with. You'll have to follow up with your ticket.

    Also, whether you think you don't have malware doesn't mean that you don't. It's always a good idea to immediately run an antivirus and antimalware scan after being hacked. I'll also point out to avert a meltdown that PWE does not guarantee the return of any items you lost.

    Closing this as it's a support matter and must be handled from there.
