Combat advantage feats

Is there any reason to get these CA on crit feats as a DPSer? Most of the time in dungeons, mobs are aggro'd to the tanks. That means you get combat advantage already. Is there any reason to get these then if you are always getting combat advantage?

    Yes, the feats are bonus damage to combat advantage, meaning once you have combat advantage the bonus amount is added to your damage.
