Resets and pets

I want to know, how when you reset one of my toons, because it was hacked, how my main toon, now has their pets in an over flow bag, even though my bags are no where near full, and when I put them in my regular bag, I can no longer equip them. This is not an ingame bug. This happened when you reset my other toon. Let alone the fact, that you wont replace anything that was bought with real money, which you have records of, so now my main toon, can not use their pets, and I have used money to buy them. I'm so sorry for YOUR inconvenience, but pardon me, while I'm a bit ticked off at the moment. Thank you so much for telling me, that there is no fix for it, and I'm screwed.......

Don't spend money on this game, they just take it and run.
