Gateway - Tasks that rewards rough AD not being rewarded - situational

Gateway Issue only - browsers tested Chrome/IE11

Happens if you log into gateway using shortcut eg http://gateway.playneverwinter.com/#char(toon@handle)/profession
Collect finished tasks - any that have rough astral diamonds (RAD)
Then click on inventory, there are no RAD. (and tool tip says "You have refined 0 Astral Diamonds today")

But, if I use above link, click inventory b4 i collect rewards, then go back to professions and then collect rewards, the RAD is in my inventory ready to be refined.

Have tested over a few days and always loose RAD if i do not go to inventory 1st.

If you are logged into the game client with the same toon at the time you collect rewards, RAD is correctly rewarded.

Can some1 else verify this happens to them and it isn't just something im doing?

Nah, I'm using Chrome and it just did the same to me today. Didn't get any of the RAD from professions. =/ Not sure how much I lost, but it's annoying since I have a few chars with 20 leadership. I wonder if this is wide spread?
