Rimefire does not do dmg until the encounter that put it on is over. A good example of this is Conduit of ice. If you put on smoulder, then COI. the COI refreshes the smoulder before it can do dmg. Maybe a way to fix this is to alter either the time frame that coi adds chill or time or the time frame that smoulder does damage. If they are both 1 second. then the refesh seems to cancel the dmg. what i mean is. smoulder added. smoulder ticks every 1 second. rimefire added with COI. when chill is added it refreshes the rimefire. so. it seems, correct me if i am wrong. The chill refreshes at the same time as the dmg would of came. so it does not do dmg but just refreshes at this time.
Twisted Immolation does not add daze to targets. This seems to be a problem from long ago, however I thought it might have something to do with the new changes to the daily. The daily can now be resisted with CC. If the daily is resisted, does the feat that adds daze then get resisted as well? If this is the case then there is no point in using this feat because it is pointless and can be resisted. Since when can a feat be resisted?
