Dracolich Wing Buffet and GF block

So, something occurred to me just now while reading another thread.
With the Mod4 rollout, the GF is able to resist all dragon wing attacks throughout the game with block. (That is, they get pushed back, but stay grounded while blocking.) Well, all dragons except the Dracolich.
When a GF is blocking while in the red, they get thrown back as if they were never blocking in the first place.
Is this intentional, or an oversight/bug?
