2 Glyphs of the same Color in overload slot

Can anyone explain to me how this works?

1. Do they stack (I am assuming they do not) - yes or no

2. If one is activated, is there a possibility for the other to be activated? - yes or no

Example: if I use 2xRed Glyph

Glyph 1 Get Activated > 60 Sec CD
Glyph 2 Activate WHILE Glyph 1 is activated - yes or no

And if it activates is it wasted if they do not stack?

3. If Glyph 1 is on CD can Glpyh 2 activate before 60 secs ? -yes or no

Remember both glyphs have the same color.

Example:
1 Red 1 Blue proc after 20 sec they are on CD for 1 min you do dmg when you hit and you do dmg when you take dmg +800 arp 800 def for 20 sec.

2 Red you gain 800 arp as long as you hit and as long as you hit it will give you on any encounter and at will +600 dmg.
They dont give you 1600 arp or 1200 dmg.

ITS more like this if you slot 2 White then you will gain 800 power all time you hit = its almost like x4 rank 8 rad.

Remember to put on the second one half way through the cool down of the first in boss fights or some pvp.
