Having troubles with MOD 4 Build

I don't post often, and in fact haven't been around since before the release of Mod 4. I checked Zebular's parent thread of CW guides but none of them seem to be updated to Mod 4.

I log in and find my feats to be reset. What do CW's normally go to now?

What is the role of the CW in Mod 4?

Should I focus on control and say to hell with dps?

What about at-wills?
