The case of the disappearing lesser bonding stones

Hi,

Doubt I can recreate this...

At around 11:35 pm eastern I moved 3 rune stones between pets (from a lillend to an angel of protection). I know they weren't destroyed because I saw them commit on the new pet. I ran around collecting banked exp rewards. I looked back to verify the new pet was level 30. I then noticed not only were my lesser bonding stones gone that I had just committed to the angel of proection, but also one of the rune stones had reverted to the form it was prior to me changing in good rune stones. I tried to recommit new rune stones in my empty spots and the game said I had none at all...

Pooooooof.... 2 disappearing lesser bonding stones and one rank 7/8.

CS won't take action which makes the bug even more sad face. They say players are responsible for their actions.

I have seen the deleted items CS response in this game from friends, but in this case there was no deletion of item by me, nor did I bound them to a wrong character, nor did I take an action I am trying to revert. I took the action I *wanted* and then the game deleted them by some how reverting my pet to some state before it had my high value rune stones. Customer Service gave me the "You are responsible for your actions" response and refused to investigate.

That kind of response has been going around a lot lately. I take screen shots whenever I move around my enchants now, as if that would make a difference if the game deleted them.
