Quests and Campaigns: a few questions

I have a couple questions:

1) Can published quests be put into a campaign after the fact? For instance, if I want to post part 1, but don't feel like posting it as part of a quest to which there is no part 2 yet, can I apply it to a campaign later?

2) Does the "delete campaign" button delete just the overall heading, or all quests contained in it? Is there a way to remove a quest from a campaign if I added it by accident?

Yes.

I've never tried this. I believe if you delete the campaign, the quests in it become individual quests again (you should be warned beforehand if this is not the case).
