Blood Ruby double refinement event not giving double points

I was checking what was featured in the Zen market and notice that for a short time Blood Ruby's are supposed to give double refinement points. Well I spent 7500 Zen on 3 3-packs of the blood ruby's. I applied them all to my Twined Rope of Dexterity and discovered they only gave me the regular 50000 refinement points. I did submit a ticket but have not heard back from anyone yet. Has anyone else had this issue? I am hoping they correct it as I would never have spent that much money on the ruby's. With double refinement points the Twined Rope should have upgraded to Legendary. Just a little disappointed as it would have helped during the double experience weekend to possibly get more power points on my character.

It was a very limited time... during the double refinement weekend 2 weeks ago... you had to use them during that time... It did not matter when you bought them.

No, I don't believe that is correct as they are still advertised in the Zen market right now and were when I bought them. It was it's own special event from what it looks like in the Zen market. If the event is over then why is it still advertised in the main display of the Zen market. Kind of deceiving if that is the case. I will wait to here back from a forum moderator or PWE themselves on the ticket I submitted.
I would never have bought them if the Ad didn't jump out in my face!

I agree with you, that ad was put up AFTER the double refinement weekend, it was only for the blood rubies. I considered buying some as well. I notice that the ad is no longer there, but do not know when it came down. IIRC, it didn't list a specific amount of time, just that it was for a limited time only. I assume that if the 'promotion' ended before you actually used them, it did not apply.

I'd be interested to know what the reply from customer service says, if you would post once you receive it. Good luck

The ad is still up! There is 4 Ad's that cycle in the main Zen Market screen that first comes up. I still haven't heard anything from PWE on the issue. I have a feeling I may not hear anything until AFTER the event is done All I know is I spent a chunk of change specifically for those blood ruby's and the double refinement points event so I could get my artifacts upgraded and it didn't work as advertised.
