GWF feats and some other ???

Whats up?

Been wondering if any of you GWF or GF know how Constitution Focus (feat) works??
Do they add the percentage just from your final Stats? Or from every single stuffs that make up your CON?
Also Armor Specialzation, does it work? cause i've been respec'ing for quite a lot now, and dont see any difference..

Is it worth getting higher arm pen than just 22-24% with a destoyer build or any paragon tree?

Do slotted enchantment from rings neck on ioun stone of allure also increase your stats?

    Armor Specialization: it works; it just is never reflected in the character sheet. You can test it yourself by letting things hit you and see the % damage you actually receive.

    Constitution Focus: no idea, only testing I've done is to see if my health changes and it did. So, it works but I have no idea how.

    Ioun stone: yes

    Armor Penetration: PvE = no. PvP = yes.
