Stat Distribution and Path for a PvE GF?

I have two Human GFs I haven't played in a while one with base stats:


STR 16 + 2
CON 16
DEX 12

and

STR 16
CON 16+2
DEX 12


Would either (or both) of these be good for a PvE GF nowadays? Alternatively if I have to make another Human GF what would be the best stat choice for a PvE GF?

Finally what are is the best choice of path nowadays?

Honestly, it all depends. I would definitely go with the CON +2, but, beyond that, it depends on whether you want to be dps, meat shield/sponge, reflect monster, or team buff.

Tank/Team buff primarily but some DPS option would be good too.

Ah. I'm more of tank/sponge/mirror as protector build. I'd say check out conqueror and/or tactician paths

Thanks - do I take it Conqueror is more personal DPS while Tactician is more group-based?

And does anyone have any advice as to whether DEX or STR is the better choice for PvE? If its DEX I will try to grind out a new toon over this weekend but let me know fast

The GF enjoys the perk of great customization right now. For PvE the two lines that are most prevalent and effective are the Dwarven Str/Con tank/buff builds or the Half-orc Str/Dex DPS tanks. Either of those can be very effective right now
