What's with these UI changes

1. Item tooltips in the bank are now instant and there's no way to change this, and they sometimes show up under the cursor, obscuring the items.

2. When hovering over an equipment piece the tooltip ALWAYS shows your equipped item on the left side, regardless of where the cursor is, so if your inventory/bank/whatever is on the left side the tooltip near the cursor shows your equipped item instead of the item you're pointing at.

How does this even make sense and what was the reason for changing this when it worked just fine before?

3. The "Acquired items" display always shows on top of other windows. It did not do this before and there's no reason it should.

I reported this too, in game right after mod4 came out. No idea if anyone noticed my report or paid it any mind. It is a little annoying.
