Soul Bonding and Aura of Cruelty

Any kind and - hopefully - experienced soul out there can tell me if these feats apply to the player's character as well as his allies?

    Cruel Seductress, yes, Soul Bonding, no, because you are already benefiting from your life steal. All Soul Bonding does is make your life steal affect others while you are doing damage, so you basically act as a healer that also does damage.
