Will the "Defense Siege Master" be available after the Siege event ends?

I have searched for an answer, but I couldn't find one.

So does anyone else know if the "Defense Siege Master" be available after the Siege event ends?

... or do I (we?) need to turn in all "Defense Supplies" before the event ends?

    Devs: You want details?
Players: I think I'm entitled them.
    Devs: YOU WANT DETAILS?
    Players: I WANT THE SPECIFICS!
Devs: YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE SPECIFICS! We live in a world that has mysteries, and those mysteries have to be guarded by men with moderation privileges. We have a greater responsibility than you can possibly fathom. You weep for the specifics, you curse the devs..you have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know.

I'll stop there in fear of getting muted ;)

Only the Event-Store-NPC, not the other NPCs. So you won´t be able to trade the Defense Supplies after the event is over.

    RIP Foundry

I made the mistake of assuming that I would be able to turn them in after the event. During the event I had all my character using a slot on this all the time. I logged in extra to make it happen. I had a couple of characters using all their slots (7 or 8) to create the materials to keep the rest working on this. So now I am sitting on 185 of the things with nothing to do with them. I lost the time I could have been battling undead or spellplagued (i.e. AD). I also wasted time moving the resources around making sure all my characters could stay busy because they had enough of the resources. Basically I lost time.

OK, so my fault for assuming the guy would still be there but I thought the general rule was the guys you can turn into stick around for a week. But, the reason I am annoyed by this is I did try once to turn some in and the NPC told me the more I turn in at once, the better. It wasn't quantified that I should turn them in in sets of 6 or 7 at once, just that the more you do at once, the better. So I waited. And now, I have 185 of the things and nothing to do with them. I assume they will take up space until right before the next time they would be useful and then I will lose them.

I wouldn't be annoyed if the NPC hadn't told me to wait and turn the in all at once. Note that some of them (one from each character) didn't get created until after the event was over because you could still start the task up until the last second of the event.
