GF - Guarded assault doesn't proc weapon enchants

Have you noticed that Guarded assault doesn't proc weapon enchant?
I've tested with lifedrinker and plague fire, but i can't notice a proc from guarded assault. In the combat log too.
Crush have stated that guarded assault should proc weapon ench, is there a bug?
Have you noticed the same?

There was some discussion about implementing this not long after Mod4 rolled out.
Crush stated he would have liked to implement weapon enchant proccing on GA damage, but with the way the combat system is programmed, this just was not possible without a significant reconstruction of the whole system, and I'm guessing they don't have the time/resources to allot for that.

While guarded assault might not proc weapon enchants on every target Knight's Valor does. So basically you can still proc weapon enchants on tons of things as long as you're using KV. SoS does too while it's up.
