Is it a single use item or permanent?

It looks like a very good item if it is permanent but if it can only be used once for the cost of 1k cult insignia each it is too expensive.

Also, is it an item that goes into one of the potion slots?

    I have one but I haven't thoroughly understood how it works. Do you mean we can't gain the temporary hp from it when there is DoT on us?

    Movement speed increase effect is removed once you get hit.

    Thanks. I personally value the temporary hp over the movement. The movement only lasts for merely 3 seconds anyway.

    I am aware the movement buff is cancelled upon receiving damage but it it is still nice to have if it is permanent. Last I checked from the AH, it is listed under the consumable category. That caused me to think it will be consumed after one use.

    If a potion didn't keep you alive, chances are those extra 2k won't help either...

    This is the catch. The description says the speed buff is lost when you take damage. What about you get hit but take no damage, say, your shield or barkshield absorbs all the damage, or you are under the effect of a skill such as impossible to catch?

    If I read it correctly, you can still get a clean getaway with 50% speed buff if you don't take damage even if you get hit. That 3 sec speed spike can take you out of the range of your enemy's attack.

    Adorable Pocket Pet can be activated from inventory. When it is in your inventory, simply double click on it and you will get its buff.

    If a potion didn't keep you alive, chances are those extra 2k won't help either...
    I mainly use it in pvp. In domination, there is only one kind of potion for us to use so having extra 2k temporary hp isn't bad.

    Yeah, that can be confusing, especially to new players. I would suggest that there needs to be a new category on AH called "Reusable".

    It could have been a lot better if we could use it while moving.

    i can't use it because i got tymora's coin, doohickey and potions in my slots... :mad:

    Idk if its has any use in pve. Maybe for a GF.

    If you can't use from inventory you can't even write a keycommand for it and no way I take coin/pet for it.

    Worst reusable by far. Long recharge. Lose movement speed if hit, why? It's only 3 seconds anyway.

    since it's required i'll post this info (i do keep such things in my notes)

    How to bind an item in your inventory to a certain key:

    /bind F1 inventoryexec 1 inventory 0

    Where the number at the end indicates what slot in your bags the item is stored. Top left being 0 and counting +1 left to right.

    Thus:
    Bag 1
    0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11
    ....
    25 26 27 28 29

    Bag 2
    30 31 32 33 ... etc

    Don't see how it'll save you, lose that 2000 temp in one blow, then the movement speed with any hit.

    Should of been a party buff that stacked even if the #s were reduced. When I think of battle horn, I think reinforcements moving there swiftly and ready to fight.

    Well, it won't save you, but the CD will keep reducing as you take a beating, so may come back on-line in time to save you at some point - for a few seconds. If you get killed over and over, might be only 2 minutes before you can use it again.

    But I agree with rollingonit that it should provide a party buff.

    As I recall, since way back, most things in AD&D like Horn of Battle, Drums of Panic, Lute of Harmony etc either summon a companion-like creature to fight for you, provide an enemy debuff in a radius or a party buff in a radius. This thing only affects the owner, and does not seem to be particularly powerful.

    Did anyone notice they added a horn sound to it instead of the default roar?
