Wild Hunt Rider at Epic is _amazing_. Highly recommended.

Still have a green wild hunt rider, procs like mad still. Proly be good just getting one to blue.

Stone(whichever you prefer statwise) Probably Black Ice is the best or Chicken.
erinyes(bis), dancing blade, wild hunt rider
and yes there are a lots of candidates for the fifth position depending on situtation:

Laughing skull(long preclear)
Fire Archon(long boss fights)
Blink Dog(we have GF/renegade in group and lots of combat advantage)
Epic Sellsword or Dragonborn Brawler is good all arounder.

Runner-ups:
Tomb Spider, Aranea for Dot type damage like for MoF.
Lightfoot thief (could be good but too expensive)
