Skill Bug: Pathfinder Action

Hello,

the Pathfinder action (passive skill) is bugged,

the skill description go as following
lvl 1= when using dalily power increase deflection change and running speed for a brief period.
lvl 2 = +5% deflection chance +6% speed chance
lvl 3 = +5% deflection chance +6% speed chance

and when i use daily i gain total of +10% deflection and 18% speed,
as you see the deflection chance for lvl 1 is missing, you only gain lvl 2 and lvl 3 deflection chance.

I dont know how this work but mybe there is a cap i cant reach more then 60%.

60% is not the cap, i can get up to about 65-68% max deflection chance (when pathfinder activated and like 3-5 enemies around me)
