Cannot claim Heroic Encounter rewards in Siege of Neverwinter

Title says it all. Ran a few dragon HE's during the new event, and I cannot claim the completion reward - Ctrl-F does not work, nor does mouse clicking.

Ignore - I found that my currency tab was too full of dragon hoard coins
