Well, today i made a total of 75 runs (The Shores of Tuern Normal) and not dropped this item, it drops from the boss or chest ?

I got one yesterday after killing the boss, the group had to need/greed for it.

Yeah, they're in the boss loot pools but the chance to get them from chest is 1% or less.

Well i seems Cryptic is getting this book through Amazon and it was published by Hachette, that would explain the extremely low availability.
