Constantly crashing while trying to refine.

Anyone else having this problem? This is the worst kind of bug on double RP weekend, and has been pretty consistently happening every time I am scrolling through my list of items deciding what to use to refine any of the artifacts.

Is there a work around to this?

    This is a known issue which the developers are looking to resolve.
